Feedback from the industry throughout the rulemaking process can result in less burdensome, more effective regulations that better accomplish everyone's goals.

Refrigerant Regulations
CARB recently proposed new Stationary Refrigeration Regulations based on feedback from supermarkets (see summary slide deck here). Submit feedback on the proposed regulations to HFCReduction@arb.ca.gov by Friday, February 21st.
Incentive Program
CARB recently shared their proposed outline for the F-Gas Reduction Incentive Program (FRIP). Submit feedback on the program to Aanchal.Kohli@arb.ca.gov by Sunday, March 15th.
Title 24 Updates: CO2 Transcritical Measures
California's Title 24 Energy Code is being revised for 2022 cycle, including new design requirements for CO2 transcritical systems. See proposed changes here and submit feedback to tbellon@vacomtech.com.
