Purpose

Accelerate incentives and other financial resources to offset the upfront costs of natural refrigerant technologies and ultimately reach cost parity.

Identify, accelerate, and coordinate funding resources and incentive opportunities for natural refrigerant technology installations.
Optimize natural refrigerant technologies for energy efficiency to reduce the total cost of ownership, minimize the overall carbon footprint, and further engage utilities in low-GWP refrigerants.
Work with utilities to implement and advance programs that account for total GHG emissions reductions rather than solely indirect emissions from energy use.
